The history of sports is full of many fights and brawls that took place over many years and sometimes its consequences are not so good.

Here are some biggest fights in different sports games :-

1. Kevin Garnett Head-butts Dwight Howard

This caused a bit of tussle between the two teams Pistons and Indiana pacers.
Garnett was thrown out of court and fined with $15,000.

2. Padres and Dodgers (Baseball)
The Padres and Dodgers brawl was the worst brawl in Baseball history. It exicuted when San Diego’s Carlos Quentin took umbrage at being plunked by Los Angeles’ Zack Greinke.

It was probably the most heated altercation we’ve seen. It  resulted in another altercation between Carlos Quentin and Matt Kemp in the Petco Field parking lot after the game, a broken collarbone for the $147 million pitcher, and an 8-game suspension for Quentin.

3.  Francis Lee v Norman Hunter, 1975 (Football)

on-field cricketer and crowd, the sleeping
giant took offense about an Indian spectator insulting his family pack abs.

5. Broadhurst v Bowden: Manly v Newtown,
1981. (Rugby)
Arguably the most vicious all-in brawl in
rugby league history is best remembered
for Manly's Mark Broadhurst and Newtown hardman Steve Bowden trading punches – and headbutts – in the 1981 semi-final.

Wesley Matthews to Mavericks: Latest Contract Details, Comments and Reaction

Marc Stein of ESPN.com added that Matthews has verbally committed to Dallas and that the financial details of the deal won't be revealed until the Mavs
tie up their remaining loose ends this offseason, including the possible acquisition of LaMarcus Aldridge or DeAndre Jordan.

The Mavericks, meanwhile, should only get
stronger. Matthews will help stretch the floor and bring some more defense to the backcourt following the Rajon Rondo's impending departure. ESPN.com's Tim MacMahon ventures Matthews' arrival might also boost Dallas in its free-agent
efforts elsewhere:

For Matthews' old home, Portland, it's yet another key piece of the team walking out the door. It's likely Aldridge signs elsewhere, while Robin Lopez has a deal in place to join the New York Knicks, per Stein .

10 Reasons Why Kobe Bryant Should Retire From NBA

The journey of 19 years of a Pennsylvania boy Kobe Bean Bryant now seems to be ending up. After losing 55 matches in 2013-2014, now its time to get retire from NBA.

Here are some reasons that satisfies tge retirement of Kobe Bryant.

1. Though Lakers general manager Mitch
Kupchak has said Bryant has indicated next season will be his last with the team. So with the end of contract with lakers he should leave the NBA.

2. After missing all but six games last season while rehabbing a ruptured achilles and a fractured lateral tibia plateau, Kobe Bryant has returned for the 2014-15 to play out the two-year $48.5 extension he signed with the Lakers last November.

3. Everybody slows down, and eventually even the greatest of sports ironmen succumb to injury. In the last 20 months, Kobe has blown his achilles and fractured his knee.

4. Now the Lakers have to rebuild because now lakers will not win with Kobe. They
can’t afford another big star with his insane salary.

5. Since they were winning up until a few years ago they have not replenished their bench with young talent. Now its time for another Koby in Lakers.

6. If Kobe Bryant retired right now, He could joint the Lakers front office. He could coach. He could become a league executive and become a global ambassador for the game. He could buy an NBA team.

7. Bryant was closely scrutinized and criticized during the 2004–05 season with his reputation. A particularly damaging salvo came when Phil Jackson wrote The Last Season: A Team in Search of Its Soul .

8. Throughout his career, Bryant has been criticized for being too selfish with the ball in certain situations. He has missed more field goal attempts in his career than any other player in NBA history. According to Phil Jackson, "Kobe tends to force the action, especially when the game isn't going his way.

9. My point is, it’s not like he’s going to fade into obscurity if he retires. The guy can literally do what he wants and become the next Magic Johnson in Los Angeles.

10. He had season-ending surgery in January because of a torn rotator cuff, and his body has been through a heck of a lot. And his Lakers contract going to be end in 2016.
